Butler Service Bar is a mobile bartending service in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We bring the bar, the tools and the glassware to weddings, birthdays and company nights. You buy the alcohol, and we tell you exactly what to get.
You buy the alcohol, because Oklahoma law does not let us sell it. We handle the rest, from the shopping list to the last glass off the table.
Our bartenders pour the liquor, beer and wine all evening.
We tell you exactly what to buy and how much. No guessing, no leftovers.
Two cocktails written for your night, on House Bar and up.
Tools, table, garnishes, mixers and plastic glassware arrive with us.
A mobile bartending service brings the bar to your venue instead of your guests going to one. Butler Service Bar arrives with the bar table, the tools, the ice, the mixers, the garnishes and the glassware, sets up before anyone arrives, pours through the evening and packs the whole thing out afterwards. You buy the alcohol and we serve it. For most people the practical difference is that nobody they invited spends the night pouring drinks.
Butler Service Bar prices by the event, not by the hour. Beer & Wine is $450 for 3 hours and up to 50 guests. House Bar is $650 for 4 hours and up to 75 guests, and it is the one most people book. Craft Program is $950 for 5 hours with two bartenders, a written cocktail list and batching. Alcohol is not in those numbers. You buy it, so the drink bill is yours and it moves with what you choose.
No. We are not a liquor retailer, so the alcohol on your bar is bought by you and stays yours. What we give you instead is the hard part to guess at, which is a purchasing list naming the bottles and the quantities for your guest count and your drink list. You buy from that list, we bring everything else, and whatever is left over at the end goes home with you.
We cannot answer that for your event, and anyone who answers it in one line is guessing. It depends on your venue, your city and whether anything is being sold. What we can tell you is how our side works. We do not sell alcohol at your event. You buy it and we serve it, so no money changes hands over the bar. Ask your venue what it requires, and ask us early so we can work around whatever they say.
Tulsa and everything inside 30 miles of it. That ring covers the towns we drive to regularly, and the service area page lists each one with its distance and what that town's own code says about serving alcohol. If your venue sits outside the ring, ask anyway. We would rather look at the drive and tell you yes or no than have you assume the answer.
As soon as you know the date. A date can only go to one event, so the dates people ask for most are the ones that go first. If your date is close, it is still worth asking rather than assuming it is gone. If you have the date but have not settled on a package, send the date anyway. You can decide the rest later and it costs you nothing to ask.
Send it over and we'll hold it for 48 hours while you decide.
