- Do you sell the alcohol?
- No. Oklahoma law. We do not sell alcohol. You buy it, we tell you exactly what and how much, then we serve it.
- What is included in a booking?
- Bar tools, table, ice, garnishes, mixers and plastic glassware arrive with us, along with the setup and the strike. You buy the alcohol, we provide the shopping list.
- What do I need to provide?
- A flat spot for the bar, access to the space one hour before service, and the alcohol from our list.
- What areas do you serve?
- Tulsa, Oklahoma and up to 30 miles around it.
- How long will you hold my date?
- Send us the date and we will hold it for 48 hours while you decide.
- How does payment work?
- A 25% deposit books your date and comes off the total. The balance is due a week before the event. If you need to move the date, the deposit moves with it.
- What happens if the weather turns?
- Outdoor events need a backup, so we talk through cover and a fallback spot when we confirm your date. If the weather makes the day unworkable, we would rather move it than cancel it. Tell us as early as you can and we will look at other dates with you.
