Butler Service Bar is a mobile bartending service that works weddings, birthdays and company nights in Tulsa, Oklahoma and 30 miles around it. We arrive with the bar, set it up, work the event, and take it all away.

How it works

How a booking goes.

  1. You send a date

    A date and a rough guest count are enough to start. We hold the date for 48 hours while you decide.

  2. You pick a package

    Three of them, starting at $450. They differ by how long we stay, how many of us come, and whether there are cocktails.

  3. We write the shopping list

    We tell you exactly what to buy and how much. You buy it and have it there on the day.

  4. A deposit holds it

    25% books the date and comes off the total. The balance is due a week before the event. If you move the date, the deposit moves with it.

  5. We set up and take it away

    Bar table, tools, ice tubs, mixers, garnishes and glassware arrive with us. You provide a flat spot and access to the space an hour before service.

You buy the alcohol
Oklahoma law. We do not sell alcohol. You buy it, we tell you exactly what and how much, then we serve it.
